part-funded by the European Social Fund

We support people on a licence or community order to reintegrate back into their communities and make a positive contribution.

Our support is tailored to the individual and appropriate to their circumstance and needs. This includes a holistic range of social, creative and group activities, as well as interaction with positive role models and peers.

The hubs provide a safe and supportive space where participants can and, most importantly, want to engage on a voluntary basis.

Being at the heart of our local communities, our hubs involve organisations and community representatives to increase integration and the availability of support for participants.

The CFO activity hubs project is funded via Her Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service Co-financing Organisation (HMPPS CFO). HMPPS CFO is a European Social Fund resettlement support programme, which delivers projects aimed at improving employability, changing lives and reducing reoffending.

Areas of delivery:

  • North West: Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington
  • South East: Chatham, with a satellite hub in Hastings
  • South West: Bristol
