Our resettlement services equip individuals with the skills, attitudes and self-belief they need to go on to live a successful independent life in the community.
We help prepare prisoners to adapt to life outside of prison. They learn skills needed to maintain a home or manage a budget, as well as practical support to apply for benefits, register with a GP, dentist or a bank.
Recently, we have partnered with Age Concern Mid-Mersey to provide specialist support to people in prison who are over the age of 50.
