Practitioners also help individuals to negotiate the broad landscape of community services and signpost them to other necessary support to deal with issues related to their emotional wellbeing. They act as the glue between services, increasing positive outcomes for the individual.
To build an organisation’s capacity to deal with mental health and wellbeing issues, we also offer specific training for employers.
