Our mentoring service has gained approved provider status from the Mentoring and Befriending Foundation.
Mentors are positive role models who inspire, encourage and guide people to achieve their full potential.
They do this by offering personalised, one-to-one support to help improve people’s lives and equip them with the skills they need to succeed.
We also have a team of engagement workers who share their experience with others of turning away from a life of crime in order to encourage them to do the same. They help minimise a person’s risk of committing crime or reoffending by giving them help to find a job, a place to live and access to vital services.
Dealing with some of the most challenging cases, our engagement workers often succeed where professionals have failed to break through and have won national criminal justice awards for their results.
